These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.luminousness.net (the "Site") and any services, sessions, workshops, digital products, or other offerings (collectively, "Services") provided by Luminousness. By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals of all ages. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services or access this website. By booking a session or participating in a program for a child or minor, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to provide consent on behalf of the child.

2. Nature of Services

Luminousness offers holistic services including kinesiology, ThetaHealing®, workshops, online and in-person sessions, and other wellbeing offerings. These are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

3. Bookings & Payments

- All 1:1 sessions, workshops, or programs must be booked through our booking system or via email confirmation.
- Prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life happens. The following cancellation policy applies:

- Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, will result in a cancellation fee of 50%. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
- Refunds for workshops or digital programs are not provided unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site and in our Services (including videos, PDFs, written material, logos, and designs) is the property of Luminousness and is protected under copyright law.

You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials
- Share logins or downloads with others
- Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, abuse, or misuse of our Site, team, or community members will result in termination of access without refund.

7. Confidentiality

Client information shared during 1:1 sessions is treated confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may break confidentiality if required by law or if we believe there is risk of harm.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminousness is not liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss from your use of our Site or Services
- Decisions you make based on our guidance
- Technical issues or disruptions on our Site

You agree to use your own discernment and take full responsibility for your personal choices.
