Hi, I’m Nicole Makhudu

I’ve never really done things the conventional way. I see the world differently, and my approach follows that lead. Curiosity and imagination are my motivators. And trial and error, along with life experience, play a major role in how I show up in the world.

I deeply value personal development and do my best to integrate it into my everyday life.

I’m a super proud single mum of one, who is my greatest teacher and heart-opener.

Even though I’m not exploring as much as I used to, I’m still a traveller at heart. Nature is my medicine. Creativity, especially flow drawing, helps me ground and nurture my nervous system.

Life has been incredibly challenging at times, but those experiences have shaped my purpose and led to the evolution of Luminousness - a reminder that there is always a way. Even when our inner light and wisdom feel buried, they’re never lost - just waiting to resurface.

My Approach

My work is gentle, grounded, and body-led.

I draw on holistic healing practices like Kinesiology, ThetaHealing, and somatic work, while continuing to deepen my understanding of Australian Bush Flower Essences and trauma-informed care. Each session centres around the unique language of the body and the wisdom it holds.

My own healing began to really integrate when I started listening to my body, honouring my emotions, and choosing what felt true to me. As my inner safety grew, so did my capacity - along with a deeper sense of trust.

Every session is a co-creation.

We move gently, allowing each layer to surface in its own time. I offer insight and guidance along the way, and together, we gather the puzzle pieces needed to create clarity - with openness and presence.

Why I do what I do

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in
survival mode - disconnected from self,
unsure what to trust and overwhelmed by it all.

The more I understood trauma, the more I began to understand my own way forward. Gently, and at my own pace, I started to build a felt sense of inner safety - slowly expanding my capacity.

Reconnecting with my body, my emotions, and the power of curiosity became my way home. I focused on finding a path that could nurture all of me - my life experiences, my triggers, my emotional pain, my fears and the parts of me that didn’t know how to rest.

Now, I offer others the same kind of space
and care I once needed
- to feel, to remember and to begin again.
